     2.- Justify your pick.

3.- Connect or link the unhealthy habit with harmful consequences for our health or physical condition.

4.- Create a healthy pill where you achieve two objectives:

5.- Develop awareness about the consequences of that unhealthy habit.

6.- Make and explain a specific practical activity that will help tackling the unhealthy habit and that allows people to improve their fitness level and health condition.

(*)
- You can use audio visual format (video explaining and showing your proposal). 3 to 6 minutes.
- You can create a poster explaining and showing your proposal and to be shown in a certain location of the school.

In both cases you will need to answer two questions:
 a) Why should we follow that healthy pill?
 b) How should we act to improve that healthy habit?
 b) What should we perform in the specific práctical activity. You must show te exact routine to be developed.
